Rect2 system

Sprite rectangle system. Very helpfull in creation of ui. Takes a background (9 tiles), similar arguments as normal draw_rectangle. Do not read my descriptions, just download and look by yourself. //pro edition

When example is lite edition compatible, I write that. By default all examples are pro edition only, unless said otherwise.
